Starting Out on the Right Foot

The Nightingale's first wedding was on July 3th, 2021. We loved every detail and we are excited to finally share the beautiful day with you.

Amanda and Adam had a vision for bright and cheerful summer wedding that their wedding planner and vendors executed perfectly.

Let's talk details. Her wedding planner, Morgan Paige, owner of All Things MP, was focused on Amanda's vison and bringing it to life successfully.

Amanda did first looks with her grandparents and father. Memories that will last a life time I am sure. The talented photographer, Brooklynn Gandy, did an amazing job at capturing each beautiful moment.

The flowers were done by a local vendor to Athens, Zuzu's Petals. All of the flowers were beautifully done. The entire fireplace was just dripping in petals and greenery. Her arrangements were used in the ceremony then later moved to the tables for decoration. Bess, the owner of Zuzu's has experience in the bridal industry and it showed. All of her work was top notch.

One of the things requested by the bride was an indoor ceremony. Morgan knew how to make the flip quick and simple. Luckily our space allowed for enough seating for about 150 quests to sit in front of the fireplace for the ceremony. 16 tables were set out behind the ceremony chairs. This number of tables allowed for the guests to sit comfortably at any table. No need for a seating chart.

Following the ceremony, guest were invited to enjoy cocktail hour. Once again, her wedding planner made her bride's vison come to life. Morgan had in her arsenal a cocktail wall that was adorned by beautifully styled ranch waters made by the bar tenders at Pour Me Bar Service. Pour Me Bar Service did an incredible job, I can not say enough about their professionalism.

After cocktails, the flip was quick and easy. Chairs were moved to tables, and the head table was placed in front of the fireplace. Where the guests once sat for the ceremony, the dance floor was quickly filled by Amanda and Adam's fun loving guests.

Amanda and Adam had a local baker, Karaboo's Bakery, make their wedding cake. For the groom's cake they opted for lemon pie in a jar. They were both were crowd pleasers! I was happy to see left over lemon pies at the end of the night, they were unique and delicious.

At the end of the night the now Mr. and Mrs. had a sparkler exit. The entire wedding was a dream. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first wedding here at The Nightingale. This is something we will always remember and hold close to our hearts.
